Roper Thermals is seeking an entry level Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team in Clinton, CT. You will help perform operational activities and ensure quality control in our oil and wax facility, with a first shift from 8am to 4pm.

No experience is required as training is provided. The role involves lifting and moving materials, packaging finished products for shipping, and logging readings to keep equipment operating smoothly.

We are hiring for the first shift (8am-4pm). You will help perform operational activities and ensure excellent quality control in our oil and wax manufacturing facility. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. Position requires frequent lifting, pulling and pushing.
