We are seeking an entry level Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team! We are hiring for the second shift (4pm - Midnight). You will help perform operational activities and ensure excellent quality control in our wax manufacturing facility.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Roper Thermals is the oldest operating PCM manufacturer in North America. We have spent nearly 30 years refining our production of technical grade and 99% paraffin waxes and oils. Our founder, Dr. Donald Browning, received his PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Connecticut and worked at Humphrey Chemical Company for 18 years as Director of Laboratories prior to starting Roper Thermals. Roper’s name was derived from Dr. Browning’s “Reverse Oxidation Process” which he discovered in his research of straight‑chain alkane production. Roper Thermals was founded on the principal that unique and proprietary processes would allow for production of high quality PCM’s at reasonable prices.
