Job summary

Roper Thermals is seeking an entry level Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role covers 8am-4pm first shift with responsibility for operating and monitoring equipment, packaging products, and ensuring quality in our oil and wax facility.

No experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and pulling as part of regular duties. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus and regular attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical workload
• Previous experience in manufacturing a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform plant operations and activities
• Package finished products and prepare for shipping
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
