Job summary

Roper Thermals is seeking an entry level Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role covers 8am-4pm first shift with responsibility for operating and monitoring equipment, packaging products, and ensuring quality in our oil and wax facility.

No experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and pulling as part of regular duties. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus and regular attendance is essential.

We are hiring for the first shift (8am-4pm). You will help perform operational activities and ensure excellent quality control in our oil and wax manufacturing facility. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. Position requires frequent lifting, pulling and pushing.
