Gopher Resource, LLC is seeking a Tampa Plant Operator to support 12‑hour rotating shifts in our Tampa, FL facility. Starting pay ranges from $25.84 to $28.64 per hour, with a $0.60 shift differential for night work and training provided during onboarding.

• Follow standard operating procedures in assigned work area.
• Keep work area clean and in good condition.
• Work as part of a team and assist others as needed.
