Gopher Resource in Eagan, MN is hiring a Plant Operator. You will collaborate with a team to recycle lead-based batteries and ensure safety across the process. Initial training followed by 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts from approximately 6pm to 6am.

Starting pay is $37.22/hour with a $0.80 hourly differential, totaling $38.02/hour. Company offers substantial benefits, including bonus potential, healthcare, 401k with match, PTO, tuition and gym reimbursements.

Qualifications

• English (reading/writing) and math skills required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a heavy industrial environment.
• Punctual and reliable with strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy mobile equipment safely and properly.
• Keep work area clean and in good condition.
