Job summary

Gopher Resource, LLC is seeking a Plant Operator to support the recycling of lead-based batteries. You will work with a team in a safety-focused environment, following SOPs and operating heavy mobile equipment.

Shifts are 12 hours, 4 days on and 4 days off (approximately 6pm–6am) after training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong English and math skills, and clear communication. Pre-employment testing will be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient English reading and writing skills.
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication).
• Must communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy mobile equipment safely and properly.
• Follow all standard operating procedures for the assigned area.
• Keep the work area clean and well maintained.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
