Magris Talc seeks an operator to safely run plant mining and processing equipment and monitor all equipment. Responsibilities include feeding, sorting, and testing samples while maintaining quality and communicating with technicians.
The role requires experience with MSHA rules, front-end loaders, haul trucks, and general process plant knowledge. A high school diploma or GED is required, with potential training across shifts and locations.

In addition to the posted base compensation, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual incentive bonus program. Bonus eligibility and payment are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program.
