A fast-growing renewable energy developer is hiring a Plant Operator to support operations at a Dairy RNG site in Vermont. This is a hands-on, technical role supporting daily plant operations, system maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting in a clean energy environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily operations, preventative maintenance, and repairs on plant systems (e.g., compressors, generators, boilers, controls).
• Monitor gas flow, system performance, and instrumentation; troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support site safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborate closely with the plant manager and respond to operational issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in plant operations, gas processing, energy, or a related mechanical/technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a background in electrical systems.
• Trade school certification, GED, or high school diploma.
• Ability to respond to call-outs and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred experience in: RNG, waste-to-energy, gas processing, utilities, chemical or power generation.
