About The Role

We are seeking a Plant Operator/Technician at our Clinton plant in Morrisonville, NY. Candidates should have 1-5 years of operation & maintenance experience on mobile or stationary engine generator sets up to 1500 kW, with specific experience on CAT G3500 and G3600 gas engines or similar equipment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7 am — 4 pm, with rotating weekends and on-call duties 24/7. Schedule may change based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facility inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor and adjust plant controls to optimize performance.
• Respond to alarms, perform shutdowns, and start-ups as needed.
• Ensure compliance with permits and complete required reporting.
• Maintain and order supplies and parts.
• Coordinate with clients and assist other facilities.
• Complete required training and security checks.
• Record data and perform landfill tuning and well field adjustments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of relevant operation & maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret manuals, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment.
• Digital literacy (Word, Excel, PLC, email).
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check required.

Additional Details
