Job summary

Midwest AgEnergy Group seeks a Plant Operator to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment. You will support all plant departments during shifts with a focus on operations and compliance.

User-friendly with strong data interpretation, documentation, and communication skills, you will monitor SOPs, participate in lab tasks, and assist in maintenance to sustain production performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must live within a 1-hour drive of the plant.
• Certificate in process or power plant technology or related education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant processes on a shift using the DCS to control flows, temperatures, pressures, and levels, and monitor lab data.
• Communicate process changes and issues with operations personnel and control room staff.
• Maintain accurate daily records of operating conditions for historical reference.
