Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years applicable experience required.
• EPA 608 Type I Certification required.
• CHFT designation preferred.
• Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Florida Driver's License or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preventative maintenance and repair of physical plant systems and utilities.
• Coordinate shutdowns and initiate repairs, ensuring Code compliance.
• Respond to requests for general maintenance and preventive maintenance trouble calls.
• Plan, perform, and test installations, repairs, replacements per code and manufacturer specs.
