Job summary

LeeSar/CSF is seeking a Facilities Technician III in Fort Myers, FL. The role requires a High School diploma and 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience to keep facility systems running safely and efficiently.

You will perform general maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work in the system, while supporting a no-disruption healthcare supply chain. The position is on-site with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical certification or license preferred; equivalent commercial electrical experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on facilities or building maintenance experience
• Broad working knowledge of general maintenance trades (no special licensing required)
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English with sufficient fluency to perform duties and communicate safety concerns
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Willingness to work occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including painting, drywall repair, lighting, plumbing, flooring, and minor mechanical work
• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot issues independently and make sound repair decisions
• Prioritize daily work orders and respond to service requests with urgency
• Document completed work accurately in the maintenance system
• Serve as part of the on-call rotation when required
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
