Candidates will work as a multi-skilled technician, documenting repairs and ensuring timely resolutions. Minimum 2 years of related experience is required, with forklift certification within 90 days and a valid Florida driver’s license within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years work-related experience required.
• Certification: Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire.
• License: Must have a Valid Florida Driver's License or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for general maintenance service and trouble calls.
• Investigates and assesses nature of equipment repairs or problems.
• Repairs or resolves issues to electrical, plumbing, HVAC equipment, furniture, interior finishes, doors, windows, mobile equipment, and other non-clinical equipment.
• Performs and documents preventive maintenance activities.
• Demonstrates competency as a maintenance mechanic providing PRN and repair services as assigned.
