Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks an Operator to safely operate plant equipment and perform site tasks per established procedures. Responsibilities include overseeing loading/unloading, monitoring inventory, testing materials, and ensuring safety compliance to meet operational targets.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant training or certification
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
• Strong verbal communication skills for conveying instructions and reporting issues
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Capacity to work rotating on-call shifts, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to create a zero-injury safety culture
• Monitor and record fly ash levels in silos; place orders as needed
• Pull samples of fly ash for testing and conduct tests
• Load and unload fly ash for silos and transport
• Operate loading equipment (water truck, dump truck, forklift) on site
