Job summary

Pellet Technology USA is seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to support night shift operations on the plant floor and in the laboratory. You will monitor plant processes via MMI, sample streams, record data, and prepare written reports to ensure smooth production cycles.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of fermentation/production equipment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office for data tracking and reporting. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic plant operator knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with plant process control systems is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for data logging and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in plant operations on the plant floor and in the laboratory.
• Operate and understand plant operations via MMI interface.
• Sample plant streams and observe operating conditions.
• Maintain logs of operating conditions and generate written reports.
• Communicate status with staff, lab techs and nutritionists.
• Ensure safety regulations and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Input data into Excel, Word and other company software.
