Job summary

Pellet Technology USA in York, NE, is seeking a Tub & Cube Line Operator for a regular full-time night shift (6:00 pm – 6:00 am). The role supports plant and laboratory operations with basic process knowledge for distillers cubes and related tubs.

The job requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to use MS Office, maintain batch records, sample streams, operate the plant's MMI system, and follow PTUSA safety and FSMA policies. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completion of specialized study or trade preferred
• Experience in production/plant environments (ethanol, enzymes, pharma) preferred
• Familiar with plant process control systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of PTUSA's plant operations as determined by the staff of PTUSA.
• Operate and understand plant operations through the MMI (Man-Machine-Interface) system.
• Sample plant streams to check operating conditions.
• Keep records on batch runs, ingredient usage, and inventories.
• Communicate with staff, lab tech and Nutritionists on the status of plant operations.
• Maintain a team environment with operations and all other departments.
• Interact with customers, transportation carriers and public on product transactions.
• Input data into Microsoft Excel, Word, and other company software.
• Comply with PTUSA safety regulations and FSMA.
• Keep work areas and plant clean and orderly.
• Take on additional responsibilities to contribute to the company growth.
• Production of safe animal feed and adherence to internal policies and FSMA
