Job summary

DESTACO, a Stabilus Company, is seeking an Operations Team Lead at the Mt. Juliet, TN plant. You will provide work direction, ensure policy and safety compliance, train staff, and support production with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires basic math, ability to read prints, use measuring tools, and experience with Oracle and MS Office; you will manage resources, lead 6S activities, and help maintain on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Ability to read prints and drawings.
• Experience with Oracle and MS Office products preferred.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor with communicating information to operators about policies and safety.
• Conduct safety investigations and audits.
• Maintain status reports on production projects.
• Monitor work in progress to ensure quality.
• Lead 6S activities on the floor.
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet schedules.
