Job summary

DENSO in Mount Juliet, TN invites an experienced Senior Manager to lead Warehouse & Production Control Operations and Launch initiatives. You will own end-to-end material flow from planning through outbound shipment, ensuring safety, service, and cost targets.

Key focus includes transitioning operations from Mt. Juliet to the new Lebanon facility with a planned June 2027 go-live, startup readiness, and post-launch stabilization, while driving standardization and future automation readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience across warehouse operations and/or production control.
• Strong experience with ERP/MRP, WMS, labor management systems, and KPI reporting.
• Strong financial acumen with budget ownership and cost control experience.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operational performance across production control, material planning, warehouse execution, and outbound service.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics to manage demand variability and supply risk.
• Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead full operational transition from Mt. Juliet, TN to Lebanon, TN, with go‑live in June 2027.
• Develop and sustain SOPs, labor standards, visual management, and process controls.
• Lead and develop production control and warehouse managers, planners, supervisors, and frontline leaders.
