A day in the life includes floor walkthroughs, reviewing dashboards, coaching, scheduling, and running focused huddles. You’ll resolve issues, drive improvements, and reinforce Lockout/Tagout and safe work practices.

Join us in Smithville, TN 37166 to guide a high-performing production team. As our Manufacturing Operations Team Supervisor, you’ll orchestrate the shop-floor rhythm—aligning people, processes, and safety to deliver consistent results.

A Day in the Life

You start with a quick walkthrough of the floor, check key performance dashboards, and host a focused huddle to set priorities. Throughout the shift, you balance coaching with coordination—solving issues, refining schedules, and reinforcing safe work practices.

What You’ll Own

• Oversee daily production activity and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience supervising a team in a production or similar environment.
• Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear, effective communication—both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement sound solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related operational software.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
