Job summary

Anchor Fabrication LLC in Smithville, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Team Supervisor to lead a high-performing production team. You will orchestrate shop-floor rhythm by aligning people, processes, and safety to deliver consistent results.

A day in the life includes floor walkthroughs, reviewing dashboards, coaching, scheduling, and running focused huddles. You’ll resolve issues, drive improvements, and reinforce Lockout/Tagout and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Supervise a production team and ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
• Lead daily stand-ups, set priorities, and communicate targets.
• Analyze issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate staffing and sequencing to maximize productivity.
• Coach and develop team members for growth.
• Champion safe work practices, including LOTO.
• Support onboarding and hands-on training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activity and ensure adherence to policy and quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members for peak performance.
• Track KPIs and drive throughput and quality improvements.
• Coordinate staffing and sequencing to meet deadlines.
• Run team meetings to communicate targets and updates.
• Resolve employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Enforce safety practices including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Support onboarding and hands-on training for new hires.
