• SAP training or willingness to learn SAP.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise plant operations to meet production goals.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
• Oversee safety practices and enforce safety goals.
• Review inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing.
• Coordinate training and training checklists.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards including ISO 9000.
