Responsibilities

• Direct the efficient function of plant operations including production equipment, shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Provide leadership to direct reports; coach and counsel employees.
• Support safety goals and enforce safe work practices.
• Participate in performance management processes and policy execution.
• Ensure quality goals and ISO standards are met; manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate with other departments and locations; support training completion.
