Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Education preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn SAP; prior SAP experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand production goals and implement actions necessary to meet objectives.
• Provide leadership to direct reports; coaches and counsels employees.
• Oversee safety, quality, and ISO 9000 compliance.
• Review plant inventory and advise purchasing when levels are low.
• Ensure training is carried out; oversee training checklists.
• Communicate across departments and locations.
• Ensure customer requirements and material suitability decisions.
• Follow and enforce CBA/Memorandum of Agreement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
