TSA, a Ryerson family company, has an exciting opportunity for a Bi- lingual (Spanish) Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee plant operations, including production equipment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand production goals and implement necessary actions to meet objectives.
• Participate in Performance Management Process (PMP).
• Support company policies, goals, and objectives.
• Understand quality goals and ensure actions meet ISO 9000 standards.
• Review plant supply inventory and advise purchasing when levels are low.
• Ensure effective training and oversee completion of training checklists.
• Communicate with other departments and locations.
• Understand customer requirements and advise on material and processing suitability.
• Provide direction and coaching on safe work practices; support safety goals.
• Review unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with responsibilities subject to change.

Requirements

• College education preferred.
• 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
