Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain safety awareness in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with the plant manager and production manager on daily production schedule changes.
• Learn and understand the total product model of the bakery and suggest scheduling improvements.
• Be flexible moving between tasks with little supervision.
• Communicate effectively with team members, plant managers from other bakeries, and leaders.
• Operate in ERP (Sage) to schedule, change, build purchase requisitions, and request products.
• Support Human Resources tasks as needed and learn other department functions.
