Job summary

Wow Bao, a new food manufacturing plant in Forest City, NC, seeks an Office Manager to help build operations from the ground up. You will support HR/Operations, manage payroll and accounts payable, coordinate projects and events, and maintain office systems in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

This full-time, in-office role requires multi-tasking, excellent organization, and the ability to adapt as the plant grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years as an Office Manager or similar role.
• Experience with payroll and accounts payable preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the plant calendar with appointments, visitors, meetings and events.
• Receive, respond to and direct emails and calls from guests, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proactively anticipate plant needs and provide timely administrative support.
• Negotiate and manage vendor/service contracts with HR/Plant Manager.
• Develop and maintain office procedures and systems for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Coordinate priorities with HR/Plant Manager to align operational efforts.
