Qualifications

• Experience with multi-line telephone systems.

• Typing 45+ wpm.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Take orders over the phone and provide customer service.
• Provide product descriptions to customers.
• Process customer billing and payments.
• Review and process month-end customer statements.
• Review and contact customers for past due invoices.
• Understand inventory entry and reconciliation.
• Code and process AP invoices for payment.
• Internal and external customer services.
