Job summary

Palmdale Oil Company is seeking a Plant Manager in Davie, Florida. The role oversees day-to-day plant operations, safety, and efficiency while driving long-term improvements. You will manage inventories, safety programs, staff, and weekly stand-up meetings to align with company goals.

Responsibilities include optimizing routes with logistics, maintaining equipment, and fostering strong customer relationships with the sales team. Proficiency with inventory and routing software is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of plant management or transportation operations experience.
• Knowledge of truck maintenance, safety regulations, and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Balance physical bulk plant and truck inventories daily and monitor IWB discrepancies.
• Oversee safety checks, compliance, and routine inspections of trucks and equipment.
• Lead site operations, staffing, maintenance, and weekly stand-up meetings.
• Coordinate routing with logistics to optimize delivery routes and costs.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales for relationship management.
