Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a Plant Manager in Wisconsin to oversee full cycle plant operations including blending, packaging, inventory and distribution of chemicals. You will lead production scheduling, safety programs, equipment maintenance and staff development to ensure efficient, compliant and timely delivery to customers.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in manufacturing with 5 years in management, a related degree, strong math skills, and experience with scheduling in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar field.
• 6-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• 5 years’ management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mathematical ability and computer skills.
• Experience with production scheduling and execution in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of safety and executing safety programs.
• Experience in chemical manufacturer or distributor (preferred).
