Job summary

Radius Packaging in Wisconsin seeks a Plant Manager to lead a high‑volume, 24x7 operation focused on safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and cost management. You will build and coach high‑performing teams, partner with customers and suppliers, and drive strategic initiatives across the plant.

You will shape the culture, align operations with business goals, and position the facility for sustained growth through talent development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or Business (or equivalent).
• Progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in plastics/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production.
• Establish and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and support future growth.
• Lead and develop a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between the plant, executive leadership, customers, and suppliers.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while engaging employees.
