Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated operations/managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Planning - Participate in business planning and budgeting by developing short and long-term cost strategies.
• Culture Ownership - Own the department culture including safety, quality, and the organization.
• Learning and Development - Coach and develop leaders on the Kellanova Work System and monitor performance.
• Driving Metrics - Measure production, delivery, quality, cost, safety and morale with scorecards.
