Job summary

Keller Executive Search is seeking an experienced operations leader for a manufacturing client. This full-time, onsite role will drive safe, efficient, and consistent production facility performance in Ohio.

You will develop frontline leaders, align safety and quality with cost and delivery goals, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while balancing immediate production priorities with team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing or production operations leadership.
• Ability to lead onsite production teams and deliver measurable results.
• Working knowledge of production planning, safety, and quality practices.
• Experience using KPIs to identify issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, output, delivery and cost goals.
• Set priorities for supervisors, monitor results and address issues promptly.
• Promote safe practices and compliance with workplace requirements.
• Manage production planning, staffing, scheduling, workflow and resources.
• Track metrics, analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction and quality.
