Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Plant Manager in Kalamazoo, MI to lead manufacturing operations, drive plant performance, and manage daily production for a dynamic and growth-focused facility. Qualifications

7+ years leadership in manufacturing operations.
Proven track record improving productivity, quality, and safety.
Strong Lean manufacturing and CI knowledge.
Excellent leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plant operations for production and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff.
Monitor and control plant budget, including capital expenditures.
Collaborate with supply chain and sales to meet production targets and customer demand.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles.
