• 5+ years of manufacturing management, overseeing 30+ employees.
• Lean, Six Sigma knowledge; certifications a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning for processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Partner with General Manager on budgeting and data analysis for improvements.
• Develop reporting to illustrate business trends.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and inventory integrity.
• Ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately.
