Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Holyoke, MA production team. You’ll direct daily plant operations, align resources for safety, compliance, efficiency and quality, and collaborate with GTI Headquarters to drive improvements across the facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business, 5+ years managing 30+ staff in manufacturing, and a proven track record with Lean/Six Sigma. Knowledge of medical marijuana rules is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years of manufacturing management, 30+ direct reports.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Medical Marijuana rules is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and ops for processing, packaging, maintenance, quality and logistics.
• Manage facility activities with department managers within budget.
• Analyze data trends to drive efficiency and capital expenditures.
• Develop reporting to illustrate business trends.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• On-call to respond to emergencies.
