Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment; direct management of 30+ individuals.
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma; certifications a plus.
• Exposure to horticulture and/or plant science and/or lab processing a plus.
• Growth-focused operator with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations including processing, packaging, maintenance, quality and logistics.
• Manage all activities with department managers to meet wholesale objectives on time and budget.
• Collaborate on budgeting and analyze facility data to improve quality and efficiency.
• Develop reporting to illustrate business trends and performance.
• Maintain GTI culture of accountability, transparency and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations and company policies.
• Respond to emergencies on-call as needed and cover shifts when required.
