Qualifications

• Proven Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading plant turnarounds or major performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional manufacturing teams.
• Food & beverage manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day plant operations and monitor KPIs.
• Drive productivity, safety, quality, and cost improvements.
• Develop and mentor plant leadership teams.
• Create a culture of accountability and employee engagement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, HR, EHS, and Supply Chain.
• Support capital investment planning and operational budgets.
• Reduce conversion costs while improving plant performance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site.
