Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager in Indiana to lead daily plant operations, coach a frontline team, and ensure safe, on-time concrete deliveries with high service standards. You will optimize load planning and route efficiency while collaborating with drivers, dispatch and sales to continuously improve performance and uphold SRM’s safety and quality commitments.

This role requires strong leadership, logistics expertise, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership to coach and develop plant teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, safety, and customer service.
• Experience with dispatch operations and route planning.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation safety.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose: inspire and develop the plant team to excel in service.
• Oversee daily plant operations, staff scheduling, load planning, and routing.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and drive teamwork.
