Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop a plant team.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and route optimization skills.
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain, and plant operations in concrete or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose to achieve operational excellence and service to customers.
• Oversee daily plant operations including staffing, load planning, and routing.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Monitor metrics to assess efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and celebrate successes.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to improve plant profitability.
