Job summary

VPET USA LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Garland, TX facility with accountability for safety, performance, and financial results. You will guide strategy across production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and plant support, and drive a culture of data-driven decision making and accountability.

You will build and execute the annual improvement charter focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People, while leading the Operations Leadership Team and collaborating with Finance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations leadership.
• 5+ years in plant leadership with cross-functional responsibility.
• Proven track record improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team performance.
• Experience with plant budgeting, cost reduction, and financial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for safety, performance, and financial results of the plant.
• Lead production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and plant support functions.
• Drive daily execution, cost control, and KPI achievement across SQDCP priorities.
• Develop and manage annual improvement charter aligned with VPET priorities.
• Own plant inventory discipline and ERP/SAP data integrity.
