Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience with P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen translating ops performance into financial outcomes.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, visible leadership engaging employees at all levels.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including safety, quality, production, maintenance, and procurement.
• Own full P&L accountability with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to hit targets.
• Foster a leadership-first culture with coaching and clear expectations.
• Establish a safety-first environment in line with OSHA requirements.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR, finance, engineering, supply chain, and leadership.
• Analyze metrics, identify gaps, drive corrective actions.
• Engage daily with employees to reinforce values and celebrate successes.
