Job summary

Revolution is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at our Mesquite, TX facility. This role oversees extrusion, converting, maintenance, quality, and shipping to meet safety and production goals.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership, a Lean/continuous improvement background, and strong financial acumen to drive performance and accountability across salaried and hourly teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in film extrusion, plastics, or converting environments strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead both hourly and salaried teams in a high-volume operation.
• Strong background in Lean, continuous improvement, and performance management.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing plant-level budgets and cost drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, drive accountability, and improve culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations, including extrusion, converting, maintenance, quality, and shipping.
• Build and reinforce a safety-first culture with strong accountability and follow-through.
• Drive production performance, efficiency, and waste reduction across all departments.
• Develop and hold accountable a team of salaried department managers and frontline leaders.
• Improve attendance, staffing stability, and workforce engagement.
• Partner with HR, finance, and operations leadership on staffing, cost control, and performance management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, scrap reduction, and uptime.
• Oversee and prioritize maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance execution.
• Manage plant-level financial performance, including labor, material usage, and operating costs.
• Support and execute capital projects that improve safety, capacity, and efficiency.
