Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or plant operations with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety practices.
• Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, and KPI measurement.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily plant operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead supervisors and staff; drive performance, attendance, and policy adherence.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production, labor, equipment, downtime; drive efficiency improvements.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment improvements to minimize downtime.
• Manage plant budget and costs; optimize material usage.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and cross-functional teams to meet production needs.
• Track KPIs and report results to senior management.
