You will coach, develop and align engineers, specialists and shift supervisors to the plant vision.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, talent development, and cross-functional partnership with site support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of excellence in Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, Engagement and Productivity.
• Lead and develop the plant operations team to world-class performance.
• Coach and embed Operations Excellence and Move to the Core standards.
• Ensure safety and environmental practices are integrated into daily work.
• Serve as Site Leadership Team member and back-up to Site Director.
