ResourceOne Global LLC is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager in the Kansas City area to support the Plant Manager and lead daily operations across production, maintenance, quality, and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on regulatory compliance and workforce development.

Will participate in 1st–3rd shift during a six‑month training period, then receive a fixed shift.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive manufacturing, processing, or production leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience leading production employees and/or supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing/processing environments with proven leadership in improving operational performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor production performance, labor utilization, equipment performance, downtime, yields, and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, reduce waste, and control operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, SQF, USDA, FSMA, HACCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
