Job summary

You will guide Area Managers, set priorities to meet production targets, and drive lean and Six Sigma improvements while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Education includes a BS in Business, Management or Engineering.
• Experience leading lean manufacturing and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop floor management in assigned areas.
• Guide Area Managers and ensure production targets are met.
• Determine manning needs to maximize throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement via Lean, Six Sigma, and kaizen events.
