Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; 10+ years in manufacturing with focus on materials management, production, or engineering preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for top candidates; strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience in purchasing, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and P&L responsibilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prompt and efficient service to customers and maintain profitability.
• Coordinate training and safety objectives for the workforce.
• Establish and meet production and financial goals for the plant.
• Schedule plant personnel and manage staffing levels.
• Maintain clear dialogue with customers to determine needs and services required.
• Develop financial plans to achieve company and plant goals, including capital budgeting.
• Supervise plant purchasing, maintenance, repairs, and parts.
• Direct all workforce functions and supervise daily plant operations.
