Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant operations to meet policies and procedures.
• Implement and coordinate safety objectives for a safe work environment.
• Communicate job expectations, materials, and equipment to the workforce.
• Oversee training and operation of heavy equipment as needed.
• Schedule employees and equipment to meet customer demands and production needs.
• Conduct daily safety talks at shift start.
• Maintain accurate shift records for payroll and maintenance.
• Identify improvements for production methods and equipment performance.
