The role requires hands-on supervision, occasional physical tasks, and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced coating environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months lift truck experience or be able to pass a Lift Truck licensing test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Coating line operations and supervise coating department personnel to ensure quality per client specs.
• Ensure timely line repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Assist with line setup, run adherence, and documentation of production activities.
